Nemanja Vucicevic could face a six month ban
Serbian midfielder found positive on doping test

Five years ago Nemanja Vucicevic (Nemanja Vučićević) was described as one of the youngsters with biggest football potential in Serbian-Montenegrin top flight but his early move abroad to Lokomotiv Moscow in 2001 has literally destroyed that reputation. Therefore this 26 year old had no choice but to return to OFK Beograd in 2003 for one good season after which he set off beyond the border again and joined TSV Munchen 1860 where he finally started getting a chance to show of his qualities this year. But all that could change now as he was found positive on the doping test after the game with Wacker Burghausen on November 4th that his side won 2:0.
Because of that test the former OFK Beograd midfielder could face a six month suspension from playing football and since Burghausen officials aren’t going to just let it go but have alarmed the German FA to start a procedure to punish the Serb and take away all three points from Munchen, it looks like this will be another set back for the once a great potential.
‘’Our player didn’t do anything wrong consciously as he only took some pills to stop his loss of hair and unfortunately he had no clue what they are made of nor he consulted the club’s medical chief what puts us in a difficult position. We just hope that the German FA will be light both on us and Vucicevic,’’ said the club officials.
Since he started playing for Munchen Vucicevic has made 21 league appearances and scored two goals, in this season he played on 12 matches and signed his name twice in the score sheet plus he got booked once with a yellow card.

Fudbalska federacija Nemačke je izrekla kaznu Nemanji Vućićeviću zbog toga što je bio pozitivan na doping kontroli obavljenoj početkom novembra.

Due to the fact that Nemanja Vucicevic (Nemanja Vučićević) was tested positive on a doping test after the match between TSV Munchen and Wacker Bughausen on November 4th the German Football Assocation has decided that the Serb will have to serve a six month suspension from professional football. The excuse by the player about taking pills for hair growth without consulting the club medical chief and his unawareness of its content was taken in consideration but the German football officials were merciless.
‘’I just didn’t want to get bald for god sake,’’ was all that Vucicevic was saying to the press in the past month but although many believed this because he’s really losing his hair the German FA had no choice but to set an example and not allow anyone else to think of such things and use them as an excuse in the future.
This news for sure has a deep impact on the feelings of the 26 year old midfielder who just had a solid season start playing 11 league matches and scoring two goals after he been through a disappointing Russian adventure from 2001 until 2003 only to come back home to OFK Beograd and set abroad again after playing on 25 league games and signing his name in the score sheet three times.

Radnichki Nish ce se od buduce zvati OFKA Nish...naime njegovi novi chlanovi postace nasi bivshi igrachi Misha Kolakovic,Djordje Vlajic i nash sadashnji igrach Milisavljevic koji je upravo i doshao iz Radnichkog letos ali se nije naigrao bice pozajmljen do leta...
